Care instructions: Very important! We recommend you spot clean your throw or pillow cover with a mild soap and cold water. If you need to clean the whole thing, we recommend dry cleaning using the Pile method which uses very little solvent. You can also machine wash your faux fur cold water, delicate cycle and air dry. DO NOT use the dryer because applying any heat will damage the material. Our faux materials are comprised of very, very thin acrylic fibers and since acrylic is a polymer, it contracts when exposed to heat. Have you ever thrown something plastic into a campfire and watch it will curl up and shrink? This is exactly what will happen to your throw. The fibers will curl and become very matted, ruining the material. We will not replace throws due to customer care negligence.
